Tara Wing was raised in Wing's Castle, a home imagined, then built, by her parents in Millbrook, New York. The priceless values of creativity, imagination and hard work were instilled at an early age. Tara's love for the arts led her to the joy she would find in photography at the Academy of Art College in San Francisco, sharing her unique vantage point of the world around her. A bit of imagination paired with everyday products & faces forms the foundation of her work.

Tara continues to refine her unique style, infusing the roots of her fantasy-like childhood into all her work. She currently resides in New York. Tara specializes in wedding, portraiture, and commercial photography, and embraces the concept of what a little imagination can do.

Tara has introduced a second shooter to all her weddings. Mr. Jerry Lucas. Many of the photos you see on the website are Jerry's. The 2 photographer's styles blend seamlessly creating a cohesive photo essay. This allows for various angles to be captured, together they don't miss a moment!
